Order Cancellation Policy

Due the amount of time that is spent processing an order, reserving inventory for the order, and then custom building the clubs to your specs, any order which is cancelled more than 24 hours after it is placed will incur a 15% restocking fee. There are two situations where a cancellation fee will not apply: 1) if you placed an order for a backordered item and it is not yet back in stock, or 2) if the quoted delivery timeframe has passed and the order has not been delivered as promised.
